Audubon Spring dues are $180 yearly or $45 quarterly due in January, April, July and October. Please reference your property address in all correspondences. A late fee of $15 will apply for payments received after the 10th. Make checks payable to: Audubon Spring HOA

Pay your dues using the automated clearing house or ACH. Simply download the form and return it along with a cancelled check to our accounting department. Setting up ACH can take up to 30 days. Call our accounting department at 719-314-4503 with any questions. It's FREE and you'll never pay a late fee!

Homeowners can pay 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using E-checks. Simply set up an account for monthly or quarterly withdrawals. There's a $2 fee for using this service charged by the 3rd party vendor.
You can also pay by Visa, Master Card, or Discover. There is a $14.95 convenience fee charged by the 3rd party vendor.
